By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following conditions:

• All products are sold as is.
• Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting or screens.
• Custom-cut fabrics are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

2. Prices and payments

• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), before taxes and shipping costs.
• Payment is required at the time of ordering. No order will be processed without full payment.

3. Delivery

• We deliver to Canada.
• Processing times are 1-3 business days.
• Shipping costs vary by province and are specified at the time of payment.

4. Final sales

• All items are final sales.
• No return, exchange or refund, except in case of defective product (see next section).

5. Defective product

• If you receive a defective item, contact us within 5 days of receipt:

6. Holidays and delays

• In case of holidays or temporary closure (vacation), a notice will be posted at the top of the website and on our Facebook page.
